About the Event
A quarter equals 12 weeks or 90 days and is long enough to complete a project but is also short enough to reduce feelings of overwhelm or uncertainty that comes with yearly goals.
By reviewing and setting new goals every 90 days you will have the flexibility to change or adapt your goals based on your circumstances & you will have more possibilities to achieve them if also you break them down into weekly goals/.
Monia Pyraki, Life & Wellness Coach, will lead us in this 2 hour session to :
- Reflect on the past months & the progress you have made
- Talk about setting quarterly goals.
- Work on some mindful exercises that will support you
- Create a plan for all aspects of your life ( work/business ,self care & wellbeing, self development and growth , family & friends )
- Meet & connect with like minded women
