Being a mother is hard enough on normal days but add in the challenging times we find ourselves in it is significantly harder. That's why it's crucial to start prioritizing your needs and wellbeing. To put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. In this workshop, you will learn how to manage mom guilt, feel empowered to look after your needs and find time for yourself. And, of course, you will connect to other mothers feeling the same as you do!
