Join us for a lovely morning learning how to create some gorgeous spring cupcakes that look like they just came from your garden!
Ratna Behr-Heyder is a Wilton qualified cake decorator and will share her experience to:
- provide top tips for making the best buttercream icing
- show you on how to create beautiful flowers (pansies, hydrangeas and roses) using buttercream and fondant
- support you in creation of 4-6 gorgeous, floral cupcakes
If you have already attended the basics course we offered in December, this is the perfect follow up to provide you with more practice using special icing tips and creating cupcakes that would make your mother's heart melt (hint: Mother's Day is on 9 May!).
Price: CHF 95.- (payable by cash or Twint to Ratna on the day of event)
Participants: maximum 10 (minimum 6)
Skill level: Prior experience decorating with icing tips is recommended, however not required.
Registration required to attend.
Covid measures: Masks mandatory, social distancing of participants, sanitzer & hand washing facilities available, contact tracing.
