About the Event
In these challenging and uncertain times, this is a great opportunity to join a community of like minded women and take some time for your self. Monia Pyraki will take us on a walking meditation and share how you can incorprate this into your mindfulness practice. The technique has many possible benefits, including helping you to feel more grounded, balanced, and serene. It also helps you to develop a different awareness of your surroundings, body, and thoughts.
We will start with a short introduction and meditation at Our Happy Place (masks mandatory), grab a journal and pencil and then head down to Lake Zurich for the walking meditation. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather!

Monia Pyraki is a professionally qualified Life & Wellness Coach trained through the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
She has a BA in Business Management and an MSc in Tourism & Events. She has over than 10-year of experience in events, projects, and volunteer management working for international companies around the world.
Monia is also a certified E-RYT Yoga Alliance yoga and meditation teacher.
Monia has blended all her experience in her coaching programs and her mission is to support women around the world to gain clarity and confidence in their vision and goals and give them tools that will support them to take action towards living their life to their full potential personally and professionally.
