Happy Hearts Supper Club: Embracing Perimenopause with Janelle Angelsberg

This exclusive gathering is designed to create a safe and welcoming space where like-minded women can forge deeper connections over a family-style dinner and enriching guest speaker sessions.

Our theme this month is "Embracing Perimenopause" with Janelle Angelsberg, where we'll dive into what’s really happening with our bodies during our 40s and 50s. This is a time of change, but it doesn't have to be overwhelming. Janelle will guide us through understanding the shifts we're experiencing, explore how a few key lifestyle changes can make a big difference, and help us figure out if hormone replacement therapy might be right for us.

Every woman goes through this transition, but each of our journeys is unique. That’s why it’s so important to come together, share our experiences, and support one another. This evening is all about embracing a positive mindset, finding strength in these changes, and discovering how this stage of life can open the door to a more fulfilling, empowered lifestyle. Let's talk about how we can make this phase not just manageable, but a time of growth and renewal. We’re in this together, and it doesn’t have to be all “doom and gloom.”

The flow for the evening:

• Arrive, Meet & Mingle: 18:30-19:00 - drinks and get to know each other
• Family-Style Dinner: 19:00-20:00 - a delicious (and nutritious) meal served family-style where we'll share experiences in a comfortable, safe space.
• Guest Speaker & Q&A: 20:00-21:00 - Janelle will chat about how you can empower and inform yourself about perimenopause and offer answers to questions you might have.
• Wrap up, hugs and surprise gift: 21:00-21:30
