This page is to support you with frequently asked questions related to managing your subscription and payments for your Happy Hub member account.

How to update your profile

Log into your account using the email address you purchased your subscription with

In the upper right corner, click the arrow next to your profile picture.

Then choose My Profile.

Click the Edit Profile button.

Add and change your profile info as needed.

For the Member Directory, we ask you to please change your "Display Name" to your actual name. Also, please add a profile photo by clicking on the photo circle and uploading a photo of yourself. You can also update the rest of your profile so members can learn more about you!

How to log in for the first time
Active Happy Hub Members have been added to the respective Happy Hub plan that you signed up for. For example, if you had a MEET plan, we’ve added you to the MEET plan here using the original email address that you purchased your member subscription with.
To log in and access the private member pages:

Click “LOG IN” button in the upper right corner of the Home page (or via link provided in email)

Select "Log in with email"

Enter your email address that you used to purchase your initial subscription

Click on “Forgot password” and follow the instructions to create a new password. NOTE: You are not new to this site, so do NOT click "Sign up"!

Now you can log in again using your email address and new password.

All member pages are located under the header HAPPY HUB / Member Content.

How to change/update your credit card
For privacy reasons, your credit card info was not imported into the new website. The first time you purchase something through the new site, you will be prompted to enter your credit card info.
You can add or change your credit card info at any time in your Account settings.

Log into the Happy Hub site.

In the upper right corner, click the arrow next to your profile picture.

Then choose My Wallet.

Add or change the card information and save your changes.

How to cancel your Happy Hub subscription
We understand that there are times when you may not be able to continue with your member subscription. In order to prevent future recurring payments being charged against your credit card, you can cancel your subscription as follows:

Log into your account using the email address you purchased your subscription with

In the upper right corner, click the arrow next to your profile picture.

Select “My Subscription” from the drop down menu under your account name.

Click on “Cancel Subscription” under your active member subscription.
Cancellation of subscription prevents payment being made at next billing date, either on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are not provided for cancelling subscription in the middle of a billing period.
